PARA-SI-LENG!!!

My friends went parasailing during the third day. I was just there to take there pictures.

Sabi ni kuya samin when we got to the boat, "Let's go PARA-SI-LENG!" bwahahahahahaha

Nakakaloka kasi there were 8 of them who will try it. Tapos, they fly in pairs and it will be 1 mins each. Nakakaloka! Super nakakahilo sa boat!! Kami ni Erin yung pinakamatagal sa boat! ahahahahahah

Tinawag din akmi after waiting for so long!

The Next Day

My second day at Bora was exciting! It was the day when my other friends are arriving. When Erin and I woke up, Cris, Deonne and his sisters have aleady arrived and were waiting to check in and settle in their rooms.

I wasted no time, so I decided to work on my tan as we wait for Dennis and Soleil, who were both arriving after lunch.

We went back to the room to wait for Dennis and Soleil. As soon as we were complete, we went straight to Jonah's for lunch and shakes! :)

After lunch, Soleil decided to get a henna tatoo. Nasira yung araw ko kasi nakita ko ulit si GEORGETTE GUY! ahahahahahaha BABOY NA YUN!!

We waitind for the sun to set at Nigi Nigi and had happy hour there! Syempre super picture picture ang naging eksena! Nonstop! ahahahaha

Check out this obese chihuahua!! Or pregnant?? ahahahaha

Partying that night was super impossible!! Erin and I have been having diarrhea after dinner so she decided not to go out that night. I went back with her to he room tapos buti na lang I went across Dennis, Soleil, Deonne and Cris cause they were supose to meet me back atthe hotel from the bar. They decided to go to another place na lang. So we were walking towards station 2 and we were looking for this place we can't seem to find. Then we decidedto go back. When we reached the hotel, Cris and Deonne decided to go back to the room na din kasi they were going reef walking, early the following day. So I was left with Soleil and Dennis, who seemed to be getting into a quarrel! When we got to Guilly's, no one was talking! ahahahahaha Finally, I decided to order a drink. When my drink was served, (HALA!) uwi na daw silang dalawa! Mag-isa na lang ako!!!! Eh ang aga pa! Di ako sumama. Good thing I know the DJ of Guilly's. I approached his girlfriend Akina, who was beside him at the DJ's booth. What turned out to be a chaka night became super fun! They invited me to go up and join then at the booth!! SAYA!! ahahahahaha

Nevertheless, when you're in Bora, you just have to enjoy! Overlook the things that piss you, even if you have to party ALONE!! bwahahahahahaha

Thanks to Akina and Ariel! :)

Family dinner at Fely J's

March 25, 2009

It was a last minute dinner, but everyone came when Uncle Sam invited us for dinner at Fely J's at Greenbelt 5. I almost decided not to go, because I cam from work was so tired from the previous night and I have not yer slept at all. But I'm glad I came! ahahahaha

We have all eaten at Abe (at Serendra), and we all agreed that the food is better at Fely J's. Everything was super delicious and we all had a great time! :)

Embassy 4th year anniversary party

SIDE TRIP MUNA.. Before Bora my Bra trip..

Last week, March 24, 2009, I got to go to the 4th anniversary party of Embassy Super Club. It was my fisrt time to get in to an Embasy anniversary party. It was very exclusive and it was by invitation only.

The theme of the party was "Carnival" and people were asked to wear purple. It was certainly amazing! There were people on stilts, clowns, carnial games, human statues, mdgets, caged mimes and pole dancers. The best part is, it was open bar the whole night and the place was filled with celebrities!

Here are some of the photos from the event..

Smoke Resto

Apart from Jonah's, one of the places I cannot not visit while I'm in Bora is Smoke resto, located at D Mall in sation 2. So my first dinner in the island had to be there. They had a new location, and it's not at the palengke area of D Mall anymore. It was bigger and a more improved restaurant. The only two things I eat there are their spicy beef salpicao and their chilli chicken, and that's it! So Erin and I ordered the salpicao for dinner. Like Jonah's, Smoke resto has been featured in newspapers and magazine s for their food. But I don't think both can be applauded for their service. OHMYGUARD!!! If I'm not mistaken, we waited for our food for more than half an hour! I think I followed up on the waiters and waitresses there for our food for five times that night!!!! ANG TAGAL!!!! They didn't even give us the free iced tea that came with our order. Hay grabe! When our food got to us, in fairness naman, super sarap talaga. Pero there's one more thing. Super konti nung rice na nilagay sa bowl! It was like 2/3 of the bowl was ulam then 1/3 lang yung rice!! Ang konti!! ahahahahahaha

Ok I know what you're thinking, "What a first day!" right?? ahahahahahahaha

BASTOS!

After Erin and I settled in our hotel, we immediately agreed that we we having our super late lunch/merienda at the well know Jonah's. We got there and even though the place was packed, we got a table right away. It was my first yosi of the day after all the stress of the terrible flight we had. We then ordered sandwiches and my favorite, melon milk shakes!

As we started eating, I recognized this group of super tall guys and noticed James Yap right away! Wow! It was a group of PBA players. I also recognized Paolo Bugia and Enrico Villanueva, as I was a fan of the Ateneo Blue Eagles since my Grade School years there. I even said to Erin that I wanted to take a picture of them later on. To my surprise, they got the table right next to ours. Then there was this fat guy, who came from ordering at the ihaw-ihaw stall just outside. He took a seat at the kabisera of their table, making his back turned to us. But he couldn't seem to stop looking and staring at us. He started making all these funny comments about a certain "GEORGETTE". The first comment that he said,as I recall was, "Pamasae ka kay Georgette tol?" I started to have a feeling that I was the one he's talking about! My relaxing meal is slowly turning out to be a mockfest! I then confirmed that it was ME he's making fun of when he asked this guy who sat beside him.. "Ano? ok na ba sayo si Georgette?" Then the guy said, "Sino?" He answered, "Yang nakayellow sa tabi mo! Haba ng buhok oh!" OHMYGUARD!!!!! Hello!! Ako lang naman yung nakayellow dun sa tabi nila!!! SUPER BASTOS!! Para siyang bata!!! NAKAKAJIRITS!! ANG SARAP BUHUSAN NG SHAKE!! It was just funny that he's the ONLY one making all those comments from his group!!! BASTOS TALAGA!!! Finally, all his inihaw order was delivered inside Jonah's by the boy from the stall. BASTOS NA, DI PA MARUNONG MAGBASA!! There was this sign right accross him by their table that says you cannot bring in any food or drink from outside the place. Three waiters approached him to say sana that it was prohibited what he did. Pero he just couldn't contain his HUNGER and IGNORANCE!! Pati mga waiters binastos nya!!

The following day, when my friends arrived. Again, I came across this FAT GUY at Jonah's, while my friends were having their henna tatoos done. Then I asked my friend Dennis if he recognized that PBA player I was talking about. He turns out to be JONDAN SALVADOR of Purefoods and he also went to CSB! KAKAJIRITS! Panira siya ng araw!! Pati bakla pinapatulan! ahahahahahaha

Basta BASTOS siya!!

Yun lang.

:)

P.S.
In fairness, natuwa ako sa term nila ng bakla ha! --GEORGETTE!! ahahahaha I'll use that term na from now on! bwahahahahahaha

Bora at last!

Ohmyguard! So finally the time came for a vacation. My first day at Bora was with my friend Erin. All my other friends will be joining the following day pa. But before that, at the domestic airport, both Erin and I don't know if we should get excited right away, because of nerves. Nerves that have been haunting us for weeks now. It was because of the stupid choice of airline to bring us to paradise island. Both Erin and I have been literally having nightmares because of Zest Air.

Ok, so our flight, which was suppose to be at 12:10 pm in the afternoon, was delayed for almost 2 hours!!! More nerves started to kick in when the sky turned super dark because of the continued rain for a few days already. We were kinda relieved when we saw this huge brand new looking Zest airplane parking in our sight, thinking that it would be our ride. So they call our flight number and people started rushing, especially those super angry foreigners who have been making a scene and fighting airport officials for a while there. We were lead outside to this tiny propeller plane. OH MY GUARD!! That's when we officially started to get super nervous. Erin and I were not even talking!! ahahahahahaha I had a window seat. Erin was really quiet the and had her hands inside her purse. I found out lang after that she was holding her rosary the whole time tapos sabi ko sa kanya.. "Ako nga dalawa ang dala kong rosaryo eh!" ahahahahahaha That's how scared we were! So I was already relaxing and I think I was already sleeping for quite some time na when we heard the pilot talk on that radio thing. He said that we were going to experience EXPECTED turbulence!! Expected talaga??? Super panic ulit kami!!! ahahahahahaha Well I didn't feel the turbulence anyway tapos in a short while, we all started to come accross the picturesque islands. I knew that we were close and all my worries started to go away. I just concentrated on the view below. Then it suddenly occured to me that there's one more thing to worry about, and it's the thing that scares me the most-LANDING!!! Ever since I first rode an airplane, it's the part where I'm always on the edge of my seat! I was beside the window tapos katabi ko pa yung gulong!!! The whole time I was on the look out! True to what I had expected, the landing was super scary!!!! ou could just hear everyone's worry!!! HINDI LANG AKO!! It was super bumpy and you could just feel the plane almost flipping on it's sides!! Parang mali yung pagbrakes??? Eh ano ba namang alam ko!!! Basta there was something so worng about the landing!!! ahahahahahaha

Just when the plane was on the total stop, it was super funny seeing everyone stand up so quickly, wanting to get out of the aircraft FAST! ahahahahaha I recall Erin and I say our thanks to the heavens!! Well let me say it once again... "Thank you Lord for bringing us safe to Bora!"
YEY!!!!

I'm Back!

Forgive my absence for almost a week. I just came back from Boracay for a vacation, and now I'm back. I will be posting pictures and entries that I failed to post before my trip, as well as from my trip.
