This has to be the best match I've seen so far!



There were a lot of firsts as I watched last night's battle between world no.1 Rafa Nadal against No.14 Fernando Verdasco, on the semifinals of the Australian Open. OH MY GUARD! It lasted 5 hours and 14 minutes!!!! It was the longest in Australian Open history. It's the first time for Verdasco to reach the semifianl round and the first time two Spaniards faced each other on the same round of the Aussie Open.

The whole time I was on the edge of my seat, holding my breath because of the very very very tight match! Verdasco really gave Nadal a hard time. When it came down to the last two rounds, it was very even, that any of the two would deserve to go to the finals with Roger Federer. In the end the world no.1 ended a true winner.

Ok, here's the deal. My cousin Alex's girlfriend is currently in labor at Makti Med. They are expecting their first baby, Sebastian.

Vicky naman, my officemate, is on her last week here in the office beofre she goes on maternity leave and give birth next month na.

Abel and Sarah, my officemates as well , has been trying to conceive for a while na. Last week Sarah said she was already six weeks preganant so I kept on congratulating her a number of times in one day. Today, we just found out that it was a false alarm. Apparently, when Sarah used a pregnancy test, the second line was kinda blurry. And so the doctor confirmed nga that she's not preggers. I'll pray for both of you Sarah and Abel!

Last week also, my cousin Carla found out that she was in her second month of pregnancy. Darling, no more yosi and cocktails for you na!

There are also two more girls working in our company who are both pregnant. Chosko!!! Ang dami talaga! ahahahahaha

So there, wala lang! ahahahaha

Happy Chinese New Year!!! It's the Year of the Ox!!! It's my year!!!



OH MY GUARD! ahahahaha I have been such a big reader of horoscopes and Chinese astrology! I read it in the newspaper, on the internet and magazines. Every year I am always on the look out for the most interesting read. Last year, I heard on TV that there will be a complete post on every sign in Manila Bulletin. What's interesting is that for each sign, you can read your forecast for the whole year down to each month of the entire Chinese year.
