For Amiel

Last night, after the Ash Wednesday mass, my brother (Wax, who is a 3rd Grade student in Ateneo) was telling me about a grade 4 student who was hit by a car and died. I was super bothered by the story kept on asking him questions about the incident. He got super irritated with me because he didn't know what to tell me.

I didn't know it was really serious until I got home and saw the exact news on TV Patrol about the accident.


(I couldn't find anything about the tv patrol story on youtube :)

OH MY GUARD!!! It totally freaked me out, especially, knowing that I have a kid brother in Ateneo!! Until now, I'm still affected about the story...

Please say a prayer for the soul of Amiel Alcantara and his family, even to Theresa Torres who was driving the van who hit the little boy.

    I have a grade 4 son who is also studying in Ateneo.I feel for the Alcantara family. My heart just bleeds for them. No amount of comforting words could probably ease the pain and agony brought about by this horrific incident... As for this Theresa Torres,who actually came up with the flimsiest excuse ever, i don't have any sympathy for... She should just have owned up to her recklesness which caused the life of an innocent child...I believe that she should be answerable for this and be charged to the fullest extent of the law...
